Michael McGill is the Outreach Specialist at The Center, where he manages the organization’s communications and marketing efforts. He joined the organization in September 2022.
Previously, he worked at the Kentucky Office of Rural Health where he oversaw workforce development activities and directed the office’s communication activities. Before that he served as a faculty member and administrator at colleges located in Central Appalachia. Michael earned bachelor's degrees in speech communication and sociology from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania and an advanced degree in communication studies from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
