Community Health Assessments

For rural health care organizations, connecting with customers and community, partners and staff is key to promoting loyalty and creating sustainability. The Center’s Community Health Assessment services assist organizations with how to best engage the people that matter most to their success.

The Center’s Community Health Assessment services include tools such as:

• Community Needs Assessments, which meet the tax-exempt status requirements for non-profit hospitals
• Focus groups and key informant interviews that provide the qualitative data and testimonials for marketing
• Prevention and Wellness Initiatives that embrace the philosophy that good health is good business
• Community Health Leadership Initiatives that coach health care leaders on change management

The Center’s consulting services may be selected as a single Community Health Assessment service or a package of services, depending upon your needs. In all cases, The Center’s assessment tools provide tangible outcomes designed to match an organization’s vision, mission and strategic goals.
