Administrative Contract Reviews
A clear, reasonable, and competitive contract satisfactory to both parties is essential to successful recruitment and retention. Working with our clients, The Center examines compensation, recruitment incentives and fringe benefits in light of state standards. The Center provides a comprehensive summary report and a session to review findings, recommendations and action steps. Physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, along with their prospective employers, benefit from The Center's administrative contract reviews.
Recruitment Readiness and Feasibility Assessment
The Center has developed a workforce evaluation tool to enable rural health care organizations to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses and improve recruitment effectiveness. The assessment compares the health professional job opportunity against established criteria in areas of practice components, setting, compensation/benefit package, facility/infrastructure, and community resources support.
