This Flex Virtual Knowledge Group (VKG) webinar covers integrating strategic planning processes into Flex Programs. Participating in this webinar will enhance your ability to understand, develop, and implement strategic planning fundamentals for your State Flex Program. We will also be covering updates to the Telehealth Guide for its use in Flex Programs. This event is supported by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and coordinated by TASC, a program of the National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center).
