Minnesota Colleagues in Caring Collaborative

The Minnesota Colleagues in Caring Collaborative is a nursing workforce development project funded in part by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The project addresses nursing care needs arising from changes in the healthcare delivery system and current population demographics. Its purpose is to help nursing schools, hospitals, and other nursing service institutions initiate concerted workforce development systems, including: analyzing the supply of and demand for nurses; assessing changes in nursing education; and improving communication between health providers and nurse educators.
