Networking

Networks enable providers and communities to increase access and quality while lowering costs. When combined with successful leadership, networks can be powerful tools in rural health care improvement.

The Center’s clients benefit from our significant experience in network development, education and strategic planning. The Center works with communities to set up networks, and to help existing networks grow.

With The Center's expertise, networks learn how to:

  • Understand the changing health care environment
  • Develop clear, feasible strategies for mission accomplishment
  • Implement strategies effectively

The Center's current projects include work with the Northern Lakes Health Consortium Performance Improvement Project (Minnesota), the Missouri Critical Access Hospital Network and the Montana Rural Healthcare Performance Improvement Network (PIN).
