Sally has been with the Center since 1993. She is responsible for new program development, internal operations, and prepares grant and foundation proposals. She facilitates state and national healthcare workforce forums, including HIT and workforce issues. She consults with other State Offices of Rural Health in designing rural recruitment programs and conduct process and outcome evaluations of statewide programs. Sally also conducts community needs assessments, strategic planning processes for rural communities, and also represents The Center on affiliated rural health committees and boards. Her prior experience involved directing worksite wellness programs and coordinating hospital based community health education. Sally received a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education and Kinesiology from the University of Michigan.
