Recruitment

For providers who want to practice in Minnesota, and facilities seeking new clinicians, The Center offers Minnesota Web Recruitment. This online service provides detailed information about openings and makes it easy to connect physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants with facilities.

MN Web Recruitment is a member of the National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network, 3RNet, whose members include state offices of rural health, health education centers, and primary care associations.

Health Information Technology

Rural providers across the country wishing to set up electronic health records can turn to The Center for assistance. The Center offers HIT support in a number of ways. Providers in Minnesota and North Dakota benefit from The Center's role in the HIT Regional Extension Center in those two states.
