Recruitment & Retention
The National Rural Health Resource Center offers provider recruiting and retention support to rural and urban underserved communities. The Center is available to serve communities nation-wide with comprehensive recruiting tools.
The Center works with communities, providers, educators, and state level organizations. Additionally, The Center works with clients to address healthcare workforce issues beyond provider recruitment.
The Center offers comprehensive recruitment services, such as coordination of advertisements, mailing initial surveys and analysis all the way through to provider communications, mailing lists, recruitment readiness assessments and medical staff planning.
