Workshops

The goal of the Flex Workshop is to provide new or existing Flex program staff an orientation to the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility (Flex) Program. The Flex Workshop includes multiple sessions, including basic finance issues, quality and performance improvement concepts, information on emergency medical services and health information technology, and some hints for achieving a successful state program.
