Beacon Community Program: Community Services Council of Tulsa

Beacon grant recipients work with their communities to build and strengthen health information technology infrastructures and exchange capabilities. Together the community achieves measurable improvements in health care quality, safety, efficiency, and population health, demonstrating the vision of a future where hospitals, clinicians, and patients are meaningful users of health information technology.
