2012 National Conference of State Flex Programs
Location: Marriott Bethesda North, Bethesda, Maryland
The 2012 National Conference of State Flex Programs marks the 13th year that State Flex Programs have convened to share information about the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility (Flex) Program and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). This conference will focus on the latest information and issues in the Flex Program including states sharing stories of their Flex Program experiences and successes with one another. We look forward to your attendance at what is sure to be an informative and enjoyable conference.
Conference objectives include:
- Provide education in the areas of quality improvement, financial and operational improvement, health system development and community engagement
- Allow State Flex Programs to share their experiences and successful programs
- Provide an opportunity for attendees to network with their peers
- Strengthen the capacity of State Flex Programs and their partners to preserve access to quality healthcare in rural America
The intended audience for the conference is State Office Directors, Flex Coordinators/other key Flex personnel (2 per state), the Flex Monitoring Team, the TASC Advisory Committee, and the Office of Rural Health Policy staff.
