Kim began her work with The Center in 2009 and currently serves as Senior Program Coordinator. Kim works on the State Team, working with hospitals, communities and rural health stakeholders all over the country to integrate and support population health partnerships, planning, and initiatives. She also coordinates the Small Rural Hospital Transition (SRHT) Project educational activities, which supports rural hospitals nationally to assist in the transition from volume to value-based health care delivery and payment systems. In addition, Kim coordinates the annual Minnesota Rural Health Conference.
