Shannon Sweeney Jorgenson, SHRM-SCP
Shannon joined The Center in February 2019 as the Contract Specialist. In this role, Shannon supports the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development Program by coordinating The Center’s procurement and contracting processes. This includes creating and evaluating requests for proposal, establishing contracts, and monitoring compliance with Federal Procurement Standards. Additionally, she manages the procurement and contracting processes for The Center’s other programs.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She has over 25 years of business experience ranging from non-profits and government to Fortune 500 companies. With an extensive background in project management, strategic planning, sales, marketing, event and campaign management, and human resources, she has a passion for building healthy communities and changing the narrative about mental illness.
