The Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program works with rural eligible communities located in the Delta Region to address health care needs and strengthen the local health care system through comprehensive technical assistance. 

Discover:

  • Participation benefits and expectations, and the application process  
  • Program purpose, goals, eligibility criteria, and available resources
  • Services that position the selected organizations and their communities for population health
  • Project outcomes and services impacting the financial position, operational efficiencies, and quality of care
  • Community care coordination and development of a local continuum of care
  • Support for community champions and the role they play in care coordination

DRCHSD 2024 National Health Service Corps Webinar
In this webinar, participants will learn about issues surrounding maternal health in rural settings and explore whether small rural hospitals, rural health clinics, and communities can leverage Federally Qualified Health Centers to stabilize maternal health care access and improve outcomes.
This TASC 90 will focus on the value of focusing on health equity, to improve the quality of patient care and better support the needs of rural communities for state Flex Programs.
