2023 Rural Healthcare Provider Transition Project State Partner Meeting

National Rural Health Resource Center

As we kick off year three of our work with the third Rural Healthcare Provider Transition Project (RHPTP), we invite you to attend our State Partner Meeting. We would like to thank you for your continuous support and for helping us share this focused technical assistance (TA) with small rural hospitals (SRH) and certified rural health clinics (RHC) in your state.

Please join us on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Central Time for a virtual meeting where we will introduce the 2022 - 2023 cohort, provide an overview of the focused TA they will receive, and share some important updates. We have also set aside time for a group discussion and updates concerning value-based care in your state. See meeting registration below.

Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive a calendar invite including Zoom connection details.

If you have questions, please contact Rhonda Barcus at rbarcus@ruralcenter.org or (904) 321-7607.
