This EMS webinar topic will focus on the building a sustainable rural EMS workforce, based off of the recently released summit guide titled, Building a Sustainable Rural Health Workforce for the 21st Century. The guide includes strategies focused on four key areas, all of which are applicable to rural EMS. This event is supported by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and coordinated by the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC), a program of the National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center).

  • Identify potential roles and activities for state Flex Programs to advance or achieve rural EMS workforce strategies.
