The Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program is pleased to offer participating organizations a Revenue Cycle Improvement Bootcamp through BKD, LLP. The topic is Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Best Practices Part I. The purpose is to assist organizations with building internal capacity and staff knowledge gain that results in the implementation of CDI practices. The objective is to support participating organizations with clinical documentation process improvement to enhance revenue cycle functionality and reimbursement, and to reduce denials. The intended audience is DRCHSD participating PPS hospital CFOs, CNOs, HIM Managers/Directors, Revenue Cycle Managers, Business Office Managers, Quality Directors, Medical Directors, and Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Coordinators.
