Burnout in Health Care

Multiple national studies show that the level of burnout in health care professionals is at an all time high. Dr. Koranne will review national data on burnout and share how health care systems across Minnesota are working together to combat this crisis, and how this may be replicated in other states.

Objectives:

  • Understand national data on burnout in health care
  • Hear about an improvement model in Minnesota to understand and combat this crisis
  • Hear about practical recommendations on how to work on this issue in your organization
