The passage of the Affordable Care Act has brought with it a number of payment reforms, including CMS’ interest in promoting alternative payment methodologies. This has created the opportunity for providers across the care continuum to share responsibility for quality and clinical outcomes. These opportunities incentivize health care organizations to partner with external organizations to improve transitions of care and care coordination. This two-part webinar series will focus on the impact of bundled payments as an example of one of these methodologies and why this is important for your organization.
