This three-part series addresses the financial realities that rural providers face as the health care industry continues to transform from volume to value. Financial preparation for this transformation will be key to short-term survival and long-term success. 

Topics in this series will include the effectiveness of revenue and expense management, service line analysis and development, alternative payment models (APMs) and relationships with other health care providers in the provision of health care services.
