Hear how a critical access hospital in rural Vermont addressed the substance misuse and opioid crisis in their community by developing programs, forming partnerships and implementing best practices. Jill will describe the outcomes and performance measures used to effectively evaluate their program. She will share the information needed to motivate and inspire other small, rural hospitals to join the battle against substance misuse.
