Network TA Program Evaluation and Data Analytics Workshop
For a network to be sustainable, network leaders must continually evaluate progress and results, and stakeholders must clearly see and understand the benefits of being a part of a network. Fortunately, there's an evidence-based method to help you do just this. Rural Health Innovations (RHI) and National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center) recommend the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology, a tried and true approach looking at the organization as a whole and communicating the impact of your project.
This TA workshop will empower network leaders to integrate the BSC methodology into their routine planning and evaluation. Over the course of this workshop, participants will work within the context of their networks and engage in interactive sessions to learn how to implement the BSC methodology. We will also dive into ways to analyze your results that will help you communicate impact and influence stakeholders. By the end of the event, participants will be ready for ongoing evaluation and measurement and able to communicate key results to their network stakeholders and members.
- Understand the primary tools of the BSC methodology and how rural health networks can benefit from integrating this approach into their work
- Apply BSC materials and templates to their own network or program
- Develop measures and targets that will effectively monitor program strategies to guide network or program decisions
- Develop a communication plan using evaluation results that engage members and key stakeholders
This event is open to select July 2017 cohort of Rural Health Network Development Program grantees. Event details will be sent to eligible networks. For more information, please contact the Network TA Team at email@example.com.
