Chicot Memorial Hospital and Pender Community Hospital share their transition strategies from their Financial Operational Assessment (FOA) through the Small Rural Hospital Transition (SRHT) Project. Hospital CEOs give advice to other rural hospital leaders that are planning to prepare for transitioning to a value-based system.
