TASC provides performance improvement resources to CAHs and state Flex Programs on quality, finance, operations, systems of care and population health.

Small Rural Hospital Improvement Grant Program (SHIP)
SHIP provides funding to approximately 1,600 participating hospitals in 46 participating SORHs to help small rural hospitals participate in value-based payment and care delivery models.

Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program
The DRCHSD Program works with rural Delta communities to address health care needs and strengthen the local health care system through comprehensive technical assistance.

Rural Healthcare Provider Transition Project (RHPTP)
RHPTP guides small rural hospitals and rural health clinics to prepare for participation in alternative payment and care delivery models.

This SHIP Technical Assistance (TA) will explore SHIP activities surrounding telehealth and mobile health hardware/software. Speakers from the Iowa, Kentucky, Oregon, and Washington SHIP Programs will discuss their telehealth investments and implementation experiences. They will provide insight into their challenges and successes in supporting telehealth activities for hospitals through SHIP.

Learn about different SHIP investments for telehealth.
Understand the nuances of telehealth purchasing
Explore the varying applications of telehealth activities for individual hospitals and through SHIP consortiums
