Duration: 57 min
The 54 rural health networks that received Rural Health Network Development ("Network Development") grants in 2014 from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) will be wrapping up their grant cycles in 2017. This webinar explores how those rural health networks may move forward after the three-year grant period comes to a close. The presentation features representatives of three networks that have sustained programming after receiving grant funding. They share insights about their networks' origins, growth and current sustainability, and they offer key learnings for other network leaders based on their experiences.

- Pat Schou, Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN)
- Pat Fontana, Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization
