The Rural Network Allied Health Training Program (Allied Health) is a three-year grant program from the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), with total funding of $1,994,150. All grantees are a part of existing networks who are partnering with local community colleges and other accredited educational institutions to establish clinical training programs for allied health professions. All programs will focus on training enrolled allied health students and eventually placing them in rural communities. The HRSA/FORHP Program Coordinator is Marcia Colburn.
