Confidently selecting the right, or best, care coordination software is a challenge that comes up in many of our cohort calls and technical assistance check-in calls. It's important to select software that meets the needs of the project today and in the future. Join this call to explore this question with our Technology Cohort.

Joe Wivoda, Senior Director of Healthcare with Analysts and ACS Group will moderate our conversation. Joe will share his thoughts on software selection criteria and provide a care coordination software selection matrix. Participants will also have an opportunity to share their experiences with peers while asking questions pertaining to their network’s process and approach to selecting a care coordination software.


  • Identify different approaches for selecting care coordination software
  • Become familiar with a care coordination software selection matrix that can be customized to specific project needs
  • Develop relationships with other network leaders to increase access to technology solutions and resources
