Project Business Plan Toolkit
A business plan outlines the path your network intends to take in order to be sustainable. It builds on your marketing plan by spelling out the resources, partners, and income needed in order to deliver products and services to your target market. A well-crafted business plan can serve not only as a guiding document for network leaders and staff, but also as a tool for sharing information and demonstrating value to members, potential partners, and funding sources.
In this webinar, we’ll walk through the Business Plan Toolkit. The toolkit includes a guide, template and samples to help you develop an effective, meaningful business plan. The business plan grant deliverable is due to the Electronic Handbook (EHB) by July 31, 2019.
This workshop will build on the network’s Marketing Plan by building out the Business Model Canvas while increasing knowledge of each component of the Business Planning Canvas, with an emphasis on the Financial Forecasting component of the canvas.
