Project Evaluation Plan Toolkit

Event Details
Thursday, December 14, 2017
Host:
Rural Health Innovations (RHI)

An Evaluation Plan guides a network in determining and systematically collecting information regarding activities and objectives that show progress toward goals. The plan determines what is to be monitored and how to successfully track this progress. The results are communicated and reported out to network members, partners and stakeholders. Continuous evaluation allows for needed adjustments to be seen and configured into your initial plan.

In this webinar, the presenters will walk through the Evaluation Planning Toolkit to support your work in developing an Evaluation Plan for your current Network Development grant project. The toolkit includes a guide, a template and samples to help you write an effective and dynamic Evaluation Plan. The Evaluation Plan grant deliverable is due to the Electronic Handbook (EHB) by March 31, 2018.

Objectives

  • Become familiar with the major components of an Evaluation Plan
  • Learn about systematically collecting information on project activities, tracking progress towards objectives and identifying project improvement opportunities
  • Become prepared to document your evaluation planning work using the provided template
