The purpose of the Rural Health Network Development Planning Grant Program ("Network Planning") is to assist in the planning and development of an integrated health care network. There are 23 network grantees in the 2016 cohort of the program, which began on June 1, 2016, and ends on May 31, 2017. 

This webinar provides an overview of the grant program for new grantees:
