The aim of any strategic planning effort is to identify strategic paths for effective change that will move an organization from today’s environment toward its vision. This webinar is designed to support grantees of the Rural Health Network Development Planning Grant Program in understanding the importance of a shared vision and the strategic planning cycle, identifying key components of a strategic plan and reviewing specific tools for an effective strategic planning event. 

The webinar and accompanying resources present strategic planning based on the needs of emerging rural health networks that have formed as new collaborative efforts or new organizations within the past 12 to 18 months.
