Duration: 64 min

Value propositions articulate the benefits of an organization's services and products in the context of particular audiences. For rural health networks, the development of clear and focused value propositions is a key step in aligning network activities with members' priorities and in understanding how best to communicate the network's value for different stakeholder groups. This webinar reviews a process for creating effective value propositions, which includes gathering information about your specific customers. The presentation also features insights from a rural health network leader who has developed value propositions for use within the network's marketing efforts. The accompanying worksheet is a customized tool for grantees of the Rural Health Information Technology (HIT) Workforce Program to support their value proposition development.
