The 2017 Flex Program Reverse Site Visit, scheduled for July 19-20, 2017, is an opportunity for state Flex Program grantees to convene and share information about the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility (Flex) Program and critical access hospitals (CAHs). This event will focus on the latest information in the Flex Program including discussion of how delivering value in health care will impact CAHs. States will share stories of their Flex Program experiences and successes with one another, with their project officers at the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and with other staff of FORHP. We look forward to your attendance at this educational and informative event.
The intended audience for the Reverse Site Visit is State Office Directors and Flex Coordinators/other key Flex personnel (two per state). The Flex Monitoring Team, Rural Quality Improvement Technical Assistance (RQITA), the TASC Advisory Committee and staff of FORHP will also be in attendance as speakers and technical experts.
This event is supported by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and coordinated by the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC), a program of the National Rural Health Resource Center.
