Alternative Approaches to MBQIP Data Sharing for State Flex Programs

This Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP) Virtual Knowledge Group (VKG) webinar provided a networking opportunity for state Flex Programs to learn and share alternative approaches to MBQIP data sharing for state Flex Programs.

Learning objectives included:

  • Identifying alternative ways to analyze, visualize, and share MBQIP data with critical access hospitals (CAHs) to drive quality improvement by hearing the unique approaches of other state Flex programs.
  • Reviewing resources developed by the Rural Quality Improvement Technical Assistance Center (RQITA) to assist in data analyzing and visualization.
  • Learning about other MBQIP news, including forthcoming updates to the Emergency Department Transfer Communication (EDTC) measure and changes to the outpatient quality reporting program notice of participation.

MBQIP VKG webinars are recorded and made available in the Flex Program Forum.
