Financial Performance Strategies to Move the Needle in Critical Access Hospitals

This webinar recording provides information about financial strategies to assist critical access hospitals (CAHs) in their transition to value. The webinar highlights a financial forecasting tool, state Flex Program example of financial improvement strategies using available data, a former CAH administrator's perspective on the transition to value and how to use the Flex Monitoring Team's (FMT's) Critical Access Hospital Measurement and Performance Analysis System (CAHMPAS) to identify CAH data that can be used to drive improvement. Updates were also provided by the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC) and the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) including both Flex Program and CAH regulatory updates.
