This webinar featured conversation and information around Flex Program outcome measures. Specifically, the webinar covered information presented by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP), the Flex Monitoring Team (FMT), and the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC) on potential outcome measures for activities in the Operational & Financial Improvement Flex Program area. We heard of successful state examples in this area and engaged in open conversation about the future of outcome measurements.

By attending this TASC 90 webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Learn from the FMT about potential outcome measures for activities in the Operational and Financial Improvement Flex Program area.
  • Hear from State Flex Programs on implementation of outcome measures in Flex Program activities.
  • Engage in conversation about the future and feasibility of outcome measurement in the Flex Program.
