Host:
National Rural Health Resource Center (The Center)

This recorded webinar provides information about the movement of a more defined federally funded program, beginning with identification of a problem and intervention to measuring improvement and reporting data to show impact. Hear the federal perspective of process to outcome and an example of one program's method of engaging participants and illustrating the impact through measurement and outcomes. Also, learn about the Recommendation of Adoption Progress (RAP) reports process. Updates were also provided by the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC) and the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) including both Flex Program and critical access hospital (CAH) regulatory updates.

This project is/was supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant number UB1RH24206, Information Services to Rural Hospital Flexibility Program Grantees, $1,100,000 (0% financed with nongovernmental sources).
