This webinar recording provides an update one year later on the strategies identified in a Summit for rural hospitals transitioning to value-based purchasing and population health. Hear a review of the eight strategies identified at the Summit to assist rural hospitals through the transition to value and a research update on CAHs deploying the strategies identified in the 2016 Financial Leadership Summit. Discover experiences from the field from a subject matter expert advising CAHs on these strategies and learn the approach and identified outcomes of one state Flex Program that is addressing the recommended strategies with their CAHs.

Updates were also provided by the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC), the Flex Monitoring Team (FMT) and the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) including both Flex Program and CAH regulatory updates.
