The Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC) partnered with the National Rural Accountable Care Consortium to facilitate a web-based learning collaborative for a select group of Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility (Flex) Program personnel to gain knowledge and understanding about the ways they can support critical access hospitals (CAHs) as they transition to value-based payment and population health.

The topic for week three of five was "How Can Our State Office of Rural Health (SORH) Support Success and Sustainability of Value-based Pay".
