Selected Core Competency: Understanding the Current and Future Health Care Environment

Minnesota Flex is working on completing the current cooperative agreement with activities in quality, finance, operations, population health, health equity, and EMS while also planning for the future Flex needs assessment and thinking strategically about how Flex can better contribute to rural health care needs.

What is one activity your state is funding through SHIP?

Minnesota SHIP is working to better understand the data collection and use of SDOH data within our SHIP participating facilities to inform future SHIP and Flex programming.
