Alexis Foster began her work with The Center in February 2023 and currently serves as Workforce and Leadership Consultation Program Specialist on the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program. She provides technical assistance in Workforce and Leadership Development (WLD), supports program activities and conducts communication, dissemination and evaluation of program activities and outcomes.
She brings in-depth knowledge of tools and resources through her past work with the Louisiana Department of Health.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the Our Lady of the Lake College (now known as Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University) and her Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Louisiana State University- Shreveport.
Alexis resides in Louisiana with her husband, daughter, and dog. She enjoys crafting with her circuit maker, making door wreaths, spending time with family, and tailgating during football season.
