Ali Kringle joined The Center in 2023 and serves as the Events and Communications Specialist. As a member of the communications team, she coordinates all Center-sponsored events and manages the organization’s social media platforms across Facebook and LinkedIn. She regularly collaborates with The Center’s five technical assistance programs to support their efforts in strengthening health care infrastructure and building healthier communities.
She is no stranger to rural life, having grown up in a rural Wisconsin community as the daughter of a 7th generation farmer. With personal experience in navigating barriers to health care, she has a special appreciation for initiatives that promote access and quality care. To Ali, one word that describes rural America is “close-knit.”
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Since graduating, she has worked on several political campaigns within the state of Minnesota, including congressional and state legislative campaigns. She also has experience with women-led advocacy groups and has worked in the service industry in a variety of restaurants and resorts across the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
In her free time, Ali enjoys staying active by playing sports such as volleyball, pickleball, and basketball. She also loves to hike, swim, ski, and bike. She resides in Duluth, Minnesota with her husband and dog Stella.
