Carly joined The Center in March 2025 as a Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program Coordinator. Carly works with the Outreach and Education team to support educational webinars, outreach efforts and workforce and leadership development activities. Carly brings over four years of experience working with nonprofit organizations as a dedicated Program Coordinator.
With a strong background in community engagement, she specializes in analyzing local data to design and implement programs that address real needs. Having grown up in a rural area of North Carolina, Carly understands firsthand the challenges faced by these communities. Her personal connection fuels her commitment to creating meaningful change and expanding access to resources for rural populations.
Carly lives in Charlotte, NC, with her pre-teen daughter. Carly is a proud, enrolled member of the Waccamaw Siouan Tribe. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to powwows, spending time outdoors, and staying active through hunting, swimming, and playing volleyball.
