Colleen Warmka is the Program Coordinator for the TASC and SHIP teams. She joined the Center in April 2026 and brings extensive program management experience from the Minnesota Department of Health. She also served as a Rural Health Specialist with the Texas State Office of Rural Health, where she worked closely with rural hospitals across Central Texas.
Colleen resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and reading.
