Daisha Capers joined the Center in 2025 and currently serves as Program Coordinator II for the Rural Hospital Stabilization (RHSP) Program. In her role, she supports the RHSP team by scheduling and coordinating webinars and other program activities. Daisha brings a strong background in outreach and marketing within the nonprofit sector, along with a genuine passion for connecting communities to essential resources.
Daisha received a bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University in May 2018. She now resides in Erie, PA, where she enjoys spending her free time crafting, reading, and traveling.
