Fisayomi Olukayode joined The Center in 2025 and serves as an Evaluation Program Coordinator, supporting both the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRCHSD) Program and the Rural Hospital Stabilization Program (RHSP). In this role, she collaborates across teams to help measure program outcomes, develop and implement evaluation tools, and support healthcare organizations in using data to track progress and drive improvement.
 
She supports the Center’s evaluation processes by managing data collection, project timelines, and reporting for annual outcome tracking and federal deliverables. She also collaborates with consultants on external evaluations and helps build internal capacity through staff coaching and evaluation-informed practices.
 
Prior to joining The Center, Fisayomi worked as a public health data analyst, where she supported statewide health initiatives through data-driven evaluation and reporting.
 
Fisayomi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a Master of Public Health degree from SUNY Albany in New York. She resides in North Carolina with her husband and enjoys creative projects, taking walks, spending quality time with loved ones, and serving in her local church community.
