Jamie Goodpaster joined The Center in December 2022 as a Community Program Specialist for the Delta Region Community Health Systems Development (DRHCSD) Program. Jamie is responsible for providing technical assistance (TA), supporting Community Champions through the Program's eight goal areas, and support healthcare organizations and their communities with adopting best practices to improve health outcomes.
Prior to joining The Center, Jamie worked in higher education, non-profit and public institutions serving historically marginalized communities by facilitating access to education, training, and workforce opportunities; and ensuring program compliance with state, federal and grant guidelines.
Jamie has a bachelor of science in organizational management from Campbellsville University and a master of science in human resources and organizational development from the University of Louisville.
Jamie resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband, two children and variety of pets. She enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, crafting with her kids, and traveling to the Pacific Northwest as much as possible.
