Monique Feeny

Monique joined The Center in May 2026 as a Program Specialist for the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC). She provides technical assistance to Flex Program grantees while supporting educational webinars and training opportunities that help strengthen rural health programs and services. 

Before joining The Center, Monique worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service, where she supported federal nutrition assistance programs and worked with state agencies, community organizations, and other partners to improve access to nutrition resources in rural and underserved communities. Her experience spans program administration, stakeholder engagement, training, and technical assistance, with a focus on expanding access and supporting effective program delivery. 

Monique earned her Master of Public Health from Central Michigan University, with a strong emphasis on rural health. She lives in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, yoga, and finding ways to stay active.
