Rachel Endo began her work with The Center in January 2025 and currently serves as program specialist with the Technical Assistance and Services Center (TASC) team. In this role, she provides technical assistance to state Flex Program grantees as well as acting as the Flex EMS Supplement specialist.
She has been working in public health since 2018 and is a staunch advocate for improving healthcare access and outcomes, especially for those living in rural communities.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from King University (Bristol, TN) and her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from East Tennessee State University. Rachel resides in Chattanooga, TN with her partner, children, and chocolate lab. She enjoys spending time outdoors, rock climbing, reading, baking delicious treats, and playing games with her family.
